Tampa Microwave (TM) began operations as an engineering
consulting firm in 1983. As business improved,
the principal owner began to design and manufacture
components for the communications market. This
effort resulted in the introduction of a line
of phased locked oscillators in 1988. Since that
time, Tampa Microwave has exhibited steady growth
driven by sales of a long list of new products.
The business is currently located in a modern
facility in the Tri County Business Park west
of Tampa, Florida. We offer our customers a broad
range of frequency conversion and carrier monitoring
products for the satellite communications market,
satellite simulators to meet free space and closed
loop test requirements and signal intercept receivers
for the intelligence market.
A new chapter in the history of the company began
in June 2006 when the founder sold the business
to E2G Partners LLC of Cincinnati Ohio. The managing
director of this partnership, Eric Guerrazzi relocated
to Florida and assumed the position of President.
Additional product lines in the SIGINT and Carrier
Monitoring markets were purchased from Morrow
Technologies Corp. In November 2006 and integrated
with Tampa Microwave's operations. Dedicated to
controlled, profitable growth, Tampa Microwave
will continue to expand the products and services
it provides in the RF / Microwave frequency conversion,
signal intelligence, carrier monitoring and satellite
link simulation markets.
